We currently ship within the continental United States. For other destinations, please contact us for a custom quote.
Returns
If you’re not happy with your purchase, you can return most items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund.
To start a return, email support@hotmarketdeals.com with your order number and a brief description. We’ll send return instructions within 24 hours.
What can’t be returned
- Opened consumable items (food, supplements, opened beauty/health products)
- Items marked “Final Sale”
- Items damaged due to misuse
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll refund the original payment method within 5–7 business days. Original shipping costs are non-refundable.
Damaged or wrong items
If you received a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with a photo of the issue and we’ll make it right at no cost to you.
